This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Pub Suite ("Service"), provided by Pub Suite ("Company").
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business document creation purposes.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Service; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service.
The Service, including all software, features, and content provided by us, remains our exclusive property. You retain ownership of all documents and content you create using the Service.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of this Agreement. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
